Chief Executive Officer
Nigel is a civil and structural engineer with a degree from the UK, he is also a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager.
Prior to establishing 4 Elements, he worked in North America, Europe and South East Asia with both International Consultants and Contractors on private and public sector works.
He is an advocate of early communication with Clients and in adopting a facilitation approach to issues identification and resolution.
Nigel is able to address multi-disciplinary assignments having expertise in infrastructure, tourism and development schemes of high value.
Peter is a is highly valued senior consultant with 4 Elements Consulting Ltd. Peter is educated at Bradford University as part of a formal indenture training system.
A veteran of the UK 60's & 70's motorway boom, Peter diversified and progressed to C.E.O. of a multi-disciplinary contracting organisation.
Retired early to become a consultant and advisor in the UK, USA and Asia on highway, drainage, landscape, landfill, reclamation, recreation and river works.
Procurement
Sabrina has extensive experience in procurement business for over twenty years. She has the strong understanding and skills of Procure-to-Pay processes.
She demonstrates initiative, commitment and responsibility as a team member.
Her accuracy and attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills have made a great contribution to the company.
Senior Consultant
Jan is a senior Project Manager expert with over 30 years experience in the construction industry in the UK, Middle East and pan Asia Pacific.
Jan started his career as a facade construction manager and has developed his skill set to be a leading expert in the field. For the past 15 years Jan has led the design, engineering and construction teams of established project delivery consultancies and construction companies in the Middle East, Macau and Hong Kong; as well as extensive mixed use developments in the UK and Middle East.
Jan's diverse experience across sectors and regions is a robust asset to both the firm and clients. He has wide experience working as a client representative, independant consultant and contractor, and inherently understands client needs.
Executive Assistant
Louise has worked for several companies in different regions and countries. Her experience in accounting, marketing and PA lends her skills that cover coordination, interpersonal interactions, project management and ad hoc duties for the 4ECL Executives.
Louise is dynamic, trustworthy, and her high sense of responsibility supports 4ECL. Her diverse background contributes strengths to both clients and the company.
Office Manager
Peggy is a dynamic, multitasking member of the senior team tasked with ensuring a high degree of attention to detail across all facets of the company administration and HR.
A self-made entrepreneur and family focused, Peggy provides invaluable business level language interpretation across Mandarin and English for the firm, as well as injecting a strong sense of client service into all back-of-house functions.
Frankly we'd be lost without Peggy.
